Relay Technician

Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: 90K+yr, Salary or Hourly. Union and non-union opportunities (pay rate is an estimate, actual pay commensurate with experience). Relocating costs reimbursable.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the commissioning and testing of electromechanical and microprocessor based protective relay schemes.
• Experience with substation equipment (relays, transformers, circuit breakers, circuit switchers).
• Familiarity with necessary test equipment.
• Open to extensive travel.
• Provide technical support to protection and control engineers.
  

Requirements:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 5 years demonstrated experience in high voltage power relaying and controls.
• 10 years demonstrated experience in high voltage power relaying/controls or 15 years high voltage substation maintenance may be substituted.
